Meet Dr. Cody Froese
Finding His Path
With three second cousins who are chiropractors and happy doing what they do, Dr. Cody was drawn to this natural healthcare profession. He also experienced firsthand the benefits.
I was playing hockey, skating on the lake one day, and I caught a crack in the lake and landed on my hip. I was in crutches for probably about a week, going down the traditional path of having X-rays taken and things like that. Finally, I said, ‘I’ll just go to the chiropractor.’ After just one visit, I was walking out of there, probably about 98% better. So I knew there was something to it.
A Team-Based Approach
Dr. Cody appreciates the collaborative spirit that’s found at Complete Health Chiropractic & Massage. “We work as a team. We’re trying to get patients to where they want to be. We’re not telling them where to go.” This approach allows him to build meaningful connections with his patients by understanding not just their pain points but the various factors contributing to their condition.
A Passion for Helping Patients Stay Active
As someone who loves to stay active, Dr. Cody particularly enjoys working with athlete patients who are highly motivated to recover quickly. He provides rehabilitation exercises alongside adjustments and gives patients “homework”—tools they can use at home to be involved in the care outside the practice.
Family Life and Community Ties
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Cody enjoys working out and spending time with his wife, Hannah. The couple is expecting their first child in July 2025. He maintains strong ties to the Okotoks community where he grew up playing hockey and football.
